Programmes

In partnership with a colleague, I run writing for well-being programmes for all and Soul Circles specifically for women. In addition, I run Systemic Constellations workshops. Many of us have become disconnected from the more soulful aspects of ourselves and each other, and the aim of all of these programmes is to facilitate a reconnection. They are a co-created and heart centred exploration of what it means to be alive on this earth, at this time.
